I purchased Steven Mitchell's powerful translation of the Tao solely based on the recommendation of one of my all time favorite authors, Wayne Dyer. I was very disheartened to hear Steven Mitchell filed a lawsuit against Dyer. I am sure I would never have come upon his work, let alone purchased the book, had it not been for Dr. Dyer. I think that may be true for a lot of people. I realize we live in a litigious society but I wish our scholars and leaders would have a more creative way of dealing with these types of problems.
