Duff’s book is awe inspiring and funny. His candor and brutal honesty about himself as an addict, a musician (not a rock star), father and husband are so endearing. I couldn’t put the book down and I am sorry that I finished it so quickly.

Initially, when I bought the book for both myself and my 14 year old son, I was concerned about the content. My son, a fan of GNR’s music loves the book and it has been a great source of conversations for us. It helps us discuss the heavier subjects of life with ease.

Duff is an intelligent, sensitive and honest man. I fully enjoyed getting to know him through his writing, and I am inspired to be a better wife to my husband based on his love and admiration for Susan.

    Love, Love, Loved this book.
